Questions
How does renting from me work?
Once you decide which trailer you need, contact me to confirm availability. If the trailer is available, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit will confirm your reservation. Additionally, before renting the trailer, you will need to fill out a rental agreement. This can be done in person when you pick the trailer up or ahead of time via email. On the day
Can I get refunded money if i return the trailer early?
Yes, you can get 50% of your money back for the remaining days if you return the trailer early as long as you let me know 48 hours before the day you will be returning it.
What do the trailers come with?
Depending on which trailer you rent will depend on what it comes with. All the trailers come with an optional spare tire, bottle jack, and tire iron free with the rental. The car haulers come with winches, ramp extensions and everything else you should need to strap your vehicle down.
How does payment work?
Once we have decided a trailer for your needs, I require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance, I will return your payment in full. If it is within 48 hours, I will not be returning your deposit. Upon picking up the trailer, I will require the other 50% before you leave with the trailer.
Can I reschedule and what is the late policy?
Yes, you can reschedule your rental as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance. If you are more than 20 minuets late for your rental and have not contacted me letting me know what was happening, I will consider your rental canceled.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you cancel your rental more than 48 hours before your rental, you will get all of your deposit back. If you cancel your rental within 48 hours of your rental, you will not get your money back.
